    These were recommended to me by Brian on a phone consultation several years ago regarding pre osteoporosis . I just had a "wellness Checkup" and my calcium is within normal limits.

    Ortho Strontium great product with a great price!

    I have been taking 1 capsule two times per day of this Strontium for 4 years now. I had my bone density tested after taking this recommended usage for a little over an year. The results came back with a big improvement from my previous reading before I was taking this. I will continue to take this everyday. My doctor was simply amazed with my results.
