Similar to Alfalfa in flavor - nutty and mild, but with a lighter green leaf. Many prefer Red Clover to Alfalfa as it sheds its hulls more readily and often lasts longer in the fridge - as a sprout. Clover originated in the Northern Hemisphere but can be found in South America. Clover is known as a blood builder and helps to improve heart and cardiovascular health.
Shelf Life: 4 years in cool, dry, dark environment (55° – 70°F)
Growing Cycle: Soak 2 tablespoons- 6 hours / Drain, rinse, drain / Rinse- 7 days (double rinse- 2x per day) / Maturity Time- 7 days
Production: 1 10 x 10 tray with 2 tablespoons of seeds yields 2 cups of clover
