I think this is my all time favorite seed, pea, and bean mix. It is part of my diet 2 or 3 times per day after I sprout them in distilled water. They help to keep my protein levels elevated and I feel much better. My go to recipe is one third of an organic cucumber in a Nutri Bullet blender with 2 or 4 asparagus spears chopped, a glass full of distilled water and some of my favorite sprouts like I mentioned.
